AI-First Product Builder, Go/TypeScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Rapid prototyping and deployment: Create functional prototypes within hours utilizing tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, conduct evaluations, assess latency and token costs, and deploy features directly into production.

• Comprehensive product ownership: Develop features based on user insights and hypotheses without relying on conventional PRDs.

• AI-centric backend development: Create scalable Go services (REST, gRPC, microservices) while incorporating RAG systems, memory, and agent workflows.

• Full-stack development with TypeScript: Design and integrate modern frontends or services using TypeScript, particularly for rapid iterations and AI-enhanced interfaces.

• Generative UI and intelligent interfaces: Develop dynamic interfaces employing AI-first methodologies and collaborate with design-as-code tools (e.g., DESIGN.md, Tailwind + AI).

• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and founders in a flat organizational structure where everyone contributes and takes ownership.

• Culture focused on velocity: Consistently enhance speed and quality with an emphasis on output rather than alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient to excellent skills in Go (backend, APIs, concurrency, performance, architecture).

• Good to very good understanding of TypeScript, preferably in a full-stack context.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.

• Strong grasp of AI system design (RAG, agents, evaluation, cost & latency management).

• Experience with logistics processes, such as warehouse management, fulfillment, or supply chain, along with the capability to model these in software.

• Strong product thinking skills, with the ability to translate user issues into specific, measurable features and prioritize them effectively.

• High level of ownership and self-direction — you take initiative without waiting for approvals.

• Quick learner, comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with design systems-as-code, experience in AI-focused teams or cutting-edge tech environments, and fluency in both German and English (internal communication is in English).
