AI Engineer, LLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and launch applications and AI agents powered by LLMs.

• Construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases.

• Establish prompt engineering methodologies and enhance model efficiency.

• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into software solutions.

• Fine-tune and assess open-source LLMs when applicable.

• Design AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

• Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven applications.

• Enforce AI guardrails, content moderation, and best practices for security.

• Enhance inference performance, reduce latency, and manage operational costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide production-ready AI solutions.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, research, and industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• High level of expertise in Python.

• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.

• Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

• Understanding of RAG architectures and vector database technologies (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus, etc.).

• Experience with embedding models and semantic search techniques.

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.).

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django frameworks.

• Strong comprehension of REST APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.

• Familiarity with Git and best practices in software development.

• Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, prompt optimization, and model monitoring techniques.
