AI Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing criteria for selecting new tools to incorporate into the AI Garage Lab

• Aid Community Managers in developing and sustaining networks of AI champions and users

• Support the organization and execution of enablement sessions, hackathons, and showcases

• Facilitate the implementation of training programs, including scheduling sessions and preparing necessary materials

• Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions, focusing on content preparation, demonstrations, and Q&A

• Oversee AI tool usage data sets, including data collection, cleaning, and weekly updates

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in enablement, communications, program coordination, or similar roles

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, is preferred

• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and communication abilities

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and across cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
