AI, Copilot & Automation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Consulting and conceptualization of AI, Copilot, and automation solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure AI.

• Development and implementation of Copilot Studio Agents, automation processes, and Azure AI solutions, including the integration of suitable platform and cloud services.

• Governance and compliance for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot environments, including DLP, role models, lifecycle management, and citizen development.

• Analysis and optimization of existing environments, as well as the creation of PowerShell and Microsoft Graph-based solutions for reporting, auditing, and automation.

• Conducting workshops, assessments, and presales support, including training, solution design, effort estimation, technical documentation, and executive briefings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure.

• Expertise in automation, AI, and Copilot Studio.

• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance.

• Consulting skills coupled with a structured, solution-oriented working style.

• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, Entra ID, and Power BI.
