This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Design, construct, and sustain AI-driven sales automation workflows utilizing Make.com, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, and other advanced AI tools.

• Assess the client's current sales process to pinpoint opportunities for automation and enhancements.

• Create automations that encompass lead capture, qualification, CRM updates, follow-up sequences, reporting, and internal notifications.

• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that automation workflows align with lead generation and conversion goals.

• Integrate various software platforms and APIs to establish streamlined business operations.

• Aid in the implementation and optimization of ClickUp workflows and project automation.

• Contribute to the development of AI-enhanced voice solutions and conversational automation where relevant.

• Diagnose workflow issues and consistently enhance automation efficiency.

• Document automation procedures and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Remain informed about emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and best practices within the industry.

• Prior experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or a commercial role with a robust understanding of the complete sales lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in creating business automations using Make.com and n8n.

• Familiarity with integrating OpenAI, Claude, or other Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows.

• Strong knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and workflow logic.

• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight and taking charge of projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with ClickUp automation, voice AI, or marketing automation platforms is highly valued.

• Previous experience assisting Australian businesses is a plus.
