AI Enablement Manager – Enterprise Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive AI adoption initiatives across various business units, emphasizing tools like Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and automation platforms.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to pinpoint use cases where AI can boost productivity and enhance decision-making.

• Create and implement training sessions, awareness initiatives, and enablement programs to expedite the AI adoption process.

• Serve as an internal advocate for AI, connecting technology capabilities with business requirements.

• Track adoption patterns, collect feedback, and continuously improve the AI adoption strategy.

• Partner with IT, HR, and business teams to integrate AI seamlessly into daily workflows.

• Aid in the formulation of governance frameworks, policies, and best practices concerning the responsible use of AI.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management abilities.

• Capability to convert AI functionalities into actionable business solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or automation platforms.

• Experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, or change management projects.

• Proven experience in delivering training or enablement initiatives.
