AI Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The AI Enablement Manager is a pivotal role focused on strategy and execution, tasked with identifying, qualifying, and advancing AI and data use cases throughout Speedcast.

• This position engages both internal teams — such as IT, Finance, Technical Operations, and Software Engineering — and external clients utilizing Speedcast services via the customer portal.

• Scope, deliver, and validate solutions across various platforms including Dremio, Confluent Kafka, TimescaleDB, and AWS.

• Establish acceptance criteria, monitor delivery progress, and effectively communicate results to business stakeholders.

• Create and implement training programs, workshops, and self-service resources to enhance AI and data literacy among non-technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• The ideal candidate will blend business consulting acumen with a solid understanding of contemporary data platforms.

• Identify, qualify, and propel AI and data use cases across Speedcast.

• Proactively engage with internal business units (IT, Finance, Technical Operations, Software) to uncover, qualify, and document AI and data use cases.

• Manage and sustain a prioritized use case backlog, weighing business value, technical feasibility, and data readiness.

• Conduct structured discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to convert operational challenges into well-defined data opportunities.

• Collaborate with IT, legal, and data leadership to ensure use cases adhere to data governance, privacy, and security protocols.

• Develop and sustain artifacts including use case documentation, roadmaps, training materials, and executive status reports.

• Experience in the data lakehouse ecosystem (Dremio, Kafka, TimescaleDB, AWS).
