AI Enablement – Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as engineering benchmarks within Patient Services teams.

• Educate and onboard Development, Quality Assurance, and Business Analyst staff in AI-enhanced methodologies.

• Facilitate office hours, certification programs, and internal discussion forums.

• Manage the AI best-practice wiki, training resources, and agent registry.

• Oversee governance of the prompt-library, including quality gates for template advancement.

• Perform HIPAA/PHI compliance assessments regarding AI tool utilization.

• Collaborate with InfoSec on data-flow approvals and risk assessments.

• Keep the approved-tools inventory and AI risk management register updated.

• Assist in model-selection and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) verification processes.

• Establish and monitor AI adoption key performance indicators (KPIs), such as AI velocity, code-generation percentage, defect-rate delta, time-to-merge, and story points per sprint.

• Produce monthly adoption reports and quarterly executive ROI dashboards for the CTO and CFO.

• Identify gaps in adoption and propose corrective actions.

• Create and implement governance workflows, adoption reporting, and executive ROI dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a technical analyst, program enablement, developer experience, or analogous role.

• Proficient in data analysis and dashboard creation.

• Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills.

• Proven experience in change management and training delivery.

• Working knowledge of AI tool ecosystems, including Claude, Gemini, and AI coding assistants.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar privacy and compliance principles.

• Strong skills in cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication.

• Preferred background in healthcare or life sciences technology.

• Experience in supporting or overseeing an AI or developer-tool rollout at scale is preferred.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or BigQuery is preferred.
