AI Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create the system that integrates our tools, data, and personnel.

• Determine the flow of information, its storage locations, and how AI interacts with it.

• Select appropriate tools while phasing out ineffective ones.

• Set company-wide standards for AI usage, including prompt design, agent patterns, file organization, naming conventions, safety measures, and data policies.

• Facilitate high-quality work for all employees without requiring technical expertise.

• Develop or oversee the creation of a centralized system.

• Ensure that research, contacts, market data, internal knowledge, and operational outputs combine into a resource beneficial to the entire organization.

• Handle the internal AI stack comprehensively.

• Integrate our systems to provide genuine leverage rather than mere convenience.

• Promote AI fluency throughout the organization.

• Mentor department leaders.

• Assist teams in identifying what tasks to automate and what should remain human-driven.

• Conduct regular demonstrations to enhance the overall skill level.

• Aid in determining future projects while deciding what to set aside.

• Apply product thinking to areas where AI can transform the business model, rather than merely improving efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have ideally gained experience in events, media, marketing, networking, conferences, content, or a related field — or you possess an innate understanding of these areas akin to that of an exceptional product person regarding users.

• You have designed and implemented real systems.

• You have streamlined complex environments into coherent structures.

• You can read code, select effective tools over trendy options, and communicate fluently with engineers.

• You think with a builder's mindset.

• You have successfully launched projects from the ground up.

• You are comfortable with first-principles thinking.

• You possess teaching abilities.

• You are at a senior level. This position is executive-level, and you will be part of the leadership team, contributing to the company's strategy in addition to executing it.
