AI Developer – Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct the design and implementation of AI solutions for security teams.

• Develop LLM agents, RAG systems, AI pipelines, and integrations utilizing modern tools.

• Implement a Shift-Left AI Security approach by incorporating AI security checks early in the development process.

• Analyze specific threats to AI systems and perform security reviews of AI products prior to their production release.

• Operate within a complex technological environment in the financial sector, merging artificial intelligence with cybersecurity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient in Python and other programming languages at a level sufficient for building automation, scripts, and integrations.

• Practical experience with LLM: prompt engineering, building chains/agents, and working with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

• Experience with LLM frameworks.

• Practical use of AI assistants in development: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Understanding of RAG architectures: vector databases, embedding models, and chunking strategies.

• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.

• Ability to quickly prototype — from idea to functioning PoC in days, not months.
