AI Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and hold the AI Deployment team accountable for their performance.

• Manage a portfolio of customer program teams through multi-phase implementation processes.

• Ensure adherence to strict delivery standards by the team.

• Monitor team performance and overall metrics related to customer adoption.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders to enhance service delivery frameworks.

• Assist your team in navigating technical roadmaps and dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading complex SaaS or AI implementations.

• Direct experience in managing, coaching, and scaling implementation or deployment teams.

• Proven success in managing implementation portfolios.

• Exceptional organizational, resource allocation, and time management abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and ROI narratives.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
