AI Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for client delivery from start to finish, leading projects from the definition of problems to the deployment of solutions while being accountable for results.

• Act as a liaison between legal business requirements and engineering specifications.

• Create workflows that leverage AI and facilitate collaboration between humans and AI systems.

• Set up systems, organize and structure knowledge resources, compose prompts, develop test cases, and assess outputs against real-world data.

• Lead decisions on integrations and architecture, focusing on APIs, data flows, and security considerations.

• Conduct user training, enablement sessions, and manage change initiatives.

• Contribute to the development of Harbor Labs’ operational methods, products, and strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering AI products or implementations.

• Knowledge of RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with current industry best practices.

• Up-to-date credentials from model providers.

• Capability to read API documentation and comprehend system architecture diagrams.

• Ability to discuss engineering trade-offs effectively.

• Experience in leading workshops, executive presentations, and collaborative working sessions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating without a predefined playbook.

• Preferred: experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise software.

• Preferred: background in product management, solutions engineering, or customer success within a product-focused company.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with AI development tools and LLM APIs.

• Preferred: experience in consulting or professional services.
