AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce & Scale: Create and expand high-quality image and video content for Ondo's social media platforms and overall marketing initiatives.

• Innovate & Execute: Utilize a dynamic array of generative AI tools to develop new creative formats, visual styles, and rapid-prototyping workflows.

• Build the Playbook: Document insights from your tool experiments and share findings with the broader team to establish best practices and operationalize AI capabilities.

• Maintain Brand Excellence: Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all AI-generated assets are accurate, aligned with campaign objectives, and uphold our rigorous institutional-grade standards.

• Trend Spotting: Remain at the forefront of AI model releases and identify new tools that provide Ondo with a competitive edge in content speed and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo, etc.).

• Creative Eye: A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and video output, demonstrating a keen sense of composition, style, and brand consistency.

• Builder’s Mindset: Comfortable experimenting with new tools independently and transforming raw capabilities into repeatable production workflows from the ground up.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where technology and procedures evolve weekly.

• Attention to Detail: Careful execution with the ability to iterate quickly based on creative feedback.

• Clear Communication: Capable of translating complex AI workflows into simple, actionable insights and documenting your experiments clearly for the broader team.
