AI Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design the structure of our plans, integrating content modules and personalization layers.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on content-dependent features.

• Develop workflows that enhance output through AI, from script creation to voiceover automation.

• Establish high standards for content quality at Leaply, ensuring consistency across languages as we grow.

• Utilize product data to inform decisions on what to create, discontinue, or refine, with a direct impact on retention and engagement.

• Manage the entire content production process, from initial brief to final asset, partnering with both internal and external production teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in content roles within consumer product companies, including subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or similar fields.

• Systems thinker: experienced in scaling content through repeatable processes rather than isolated projects.

• AI-savvy: you've implemented at least one AI workflow that significantly enhanced content production.

• Proficient in English with writing skills that approach native quality.

• Cross-functional collaborator: adept at using product dashboards and collaboration tools, beyond just Google Docs.

• Proven track record of ownership: you've successfully developed a content function from inception to maturity.

• Nice to Have: Fluency in a second language (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).

• Experience in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.

• Skills in video production, including scripting, directing, and editing.

• Familiarity with large-scale localization processes.
