AI Content Analyst, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and conduct brief multi-turn dialogues (generally between 1–5 turns) aimed at assessing AI personalization performance.

• Construct prompts based on realistic personal situations to test contextual comprehension.

• Analyze AI responses to verify the accurate application of personalization.

• Assess grounding quality to ensure the model does not generate unsupported claims regarding the user.

• Evaluate integration quality by confirming that personal signals are utilized naturally (avoiding forced or robotic interactions).

• Compare two responses side-by-side to identify which is more helpful, natural, and relevant.

• Compose clear, structured rationales that explain rankings and reference specific conversation turns.

• Validate debug information to confirm whether appropriate data sources were employed.

• Uphold rigorous workflow hygiene (including the removal of evaluation conversations when necessary).

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Spanish (both reading and writing required) — Spanish serves as the primary evaluation language.

• Significant experience with Gemini, YouTube, Gmail, and having Personal Intelligence activated.

• Robust analytical skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced AI outputs.

• Exceptional written communication abilities to create structured evaluation notes.

• High attention to detail when analyzing similar responses.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

• Dependable desktop/laptop along with a stable internet connection.

• Openness to using your primary personal Google account and enabling personal data sources for evaluation purposes.
