📋 Description

• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to identify operational challenges and business issues through comprehensive consultations, workshops, and engagement with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Requirements Analysis: Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications for customized AI applications tailored to client specifications.

• AI Solution Design: Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, utilizing frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop scalable, efficient, and impactful systems.

• Cloud Deployment: Construct, test, and launch enterprise-level AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring optimal availability, security, and performance.

• Agentic AI Development: Create and develop AI agents endowed with decision-making capabilities, integrating LLMs with external tools and data sources for responsive, context-aware workflows.

• Code Management: Oversee and manage robust GitHub repositories, upholding best practices in version control, code collaboration, and documentation for team and client initiatives.

• Performance Optimization: Regularly assess and enhance AI models and systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, incorporating client feedback and adapting to evolving requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to embed AI solutions within broader technology ecosystems, ensuring seamless operation.

• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge repositories, promoting a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Technology Design and Development roles.

• Advanced expertise in Python and JavaScript for developing and scripting AI applications.

• Practical experience with Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integration with external tools.

• Proficiency in managing GitHub repositories, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.

• Experience in developing custom AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

• Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including services like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI for AI model deployment.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the capability to work independently or collaboratively with both business and technology personnel.

• Demonstrated experience in identifying business process enhancements that can be addressed through AI.

• Solid understanding of AI governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, and security protocols.
