AI Change Enablement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate design-driven thinking sessions and discovery workshops to identify how tasks are accomplished and where Copilot can be utilized.

• Convert design insights into consistent Copilot and agent scenarios tailored to various roles, workflows, and business environments.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to deploy scalable Copilot and agent solutions.

• Design and implement enablement strategies that equip users to integrate Copilot into their daily tasks.

• Create communications, Prompt-a-thons, scenario-based workshops, and tailored learning paths for different roles.

• Develop playbooks, prompt libraries, and internal enablement platforms.

• Evaluate readiness, engage stakeholders, recognize capability obstacles, and modify enablement strategies accordingly.

• Establish and assess sustained capabilities, productivity, efficiency, and experience outcomes.

• Contribute to the advancement of SHI’s Microsoft Services practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in leading enablement, adoption, or change management initiatives.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

• Experience in conducting design-led thinking sessions, workshops, or collaborative sessions.

• Prosci certification or formal training in change management methodologies.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, declarative or embedded agents, or related AI-assisted workflow patterns.

• Familiarity with Power Platform workflows, automation, or AI-enabled experiences.

• Capability to translate business goals into actionable enablement strategies and quantifiable outcomes.

• Consultative skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Awareness of governance, security, or responsible AI practices in enterprise settings.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for organizational and client engagements.

• Commitment to continually learn about Microsoft Copilot, AI capabilities, and best practices in enablement.

• Strong ethical standards with a commitment to data privacy, governance, and security policies.

• Relevant Microsoft Copilot, agent, AI, or Power Platform certifications, including AB 900, AB 100, AB 730, AB 731, AI 900, and AI 102.
