AI & Business Transformation Lead

📋 Description

• Provide strategic advice to C-suite executives on AI and platform initiatives, ensuring alignment of Boomi's data activation and Agentic AI functionalities with essential business objectives.

• Spearhead the commercial strategy for key initiatives through executive-level discovery and narratives driven by insights.

• Develop business cases that connect Boomi's platform to quantifiable P&L impacts, incorporating NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis.

• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance new and expansion revenue, contributing to account planning efforts.

• Integrate AI go-to-market strategies within critical accounts.

• Define and implement frameworks for value realization in collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services teams.

• Assess post-sale customer outcomes for effectiveness.

• Systematize learnings from the deal cycle into scalable go-to-market best practices across sales, marketing, and product divisions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

• Facilitate AI workshop sessions for customers, partners, and potential clients.

• Differentiate Boomi in the marketplace through engagement with analysts, thought leaders, and key accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in management consulting (with a preference for finance), sales strategy, or consultative sales within enterprise software, cloud, or AI sectors.

• Demonstrated executive presence and the capability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in navigating complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.

• Proven history of delivering business cases based on financial modeling, including NPV, IRR, and payback period calculations.

• Experience in orchestrating intricate deals involving Product, Marketing, and Partnerships.

• Ability to function at both strategic and tactical levels in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Openness to travel as required.
