AI Business Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Design and spearhead the enterprise AI implementation strategy, ensuring that each initiative is carefully crafted to achieve the 2026 objectives for platform security and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the Heads of Operations and various department leaders to identify workflow challenges and create autonomous, "Agentic" solutions that enhance cross-functional productivity.

• Develop and maintain the framework for AI ROI by establishing and monitoring critical KPIs, including **Token Efficiency**, **HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) reduction**, and **Automated Resolution Accuracy**.

• Collaborate with the Security team to engineer AI-driven defense mechanisms aimed at proactively mitigating platform threats, with a focus on anti-bot measures and mass-registration prevention.

• Convert high-level strategic designs into scalable technical assets, such as robust API integrations, standardized prompt libraries, and **MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers**.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of AI deployments to ensure that the designs are not only innovative but also functional, secure, and seamlessly integrated within the enterprise ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid history in AI strategy, showcasing a clear progression from initial LLM applications to advanced **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** and **Agentic Workflows**.

• Extensive experience in dynamic **Fintech or Crypto** environments, demonstrating an ability to scale operations while upholding stringent security standards.

• Although business-focused, you possess fluency in the "language of engineering," feeling at ease discussing **API orchestration**, **Vector Databases**, and **Model Context Protocols (MCP)** with technical teams.

• A sophisticated influencer adept at navigating intricate organizational structures to guide departments through the cultural and technical transitions of AI adoption.

• Professional proficiency in **English** is essential; fluency in **Chinese** is highly beneficial for ensuring effective communication across our global teams.

• A data-driven approach with the capability to convert technical performance metrics into clear business outcomes and insights for executive-level discussions.
