This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leaders, and operations owners to pinpoint unclear, high-value challenges and convert them into feasible AI projects.
• Establish minimum viable AI solutions and question assumptions prior to development.
• Analyze healthcare processes comprehensively to uncover opportunities for reducing friction, cutting costs, or speeding up decision-making.
• Develop scoping documents and ROI assessments with well-defined success criteria.
• Design and create AI prototypes within days utilizing Claude and modern AI development technologies.
• Construct full-stack AI applications through LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, REST API integrations, and simple front-end interfaces.
• Oversee technical architecture from prompt design through data pipeline and user interface.
• Refine solutions based on user feedback to achieve production-grade quality.
• Collaborate with AI Governance to validate and scale enterprise-ready systems.
• Implement responsible AI practices, including bias assessment, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring.
• Document solutions for effective handoff, scaling, and maintenance.
• Contribute reusable patterns and components to Brillio’s AI accelerator library.
• Engage in client sprint reviews, steering committees, and executive status updates.
• Showcase progress through live demonstrations and functional software.
• Articulate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and highlight blockers, dependencies, and risks.
• Acquire deep knowledge of client businesses, workflows, data, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Cultivate trusted-advisor relationships and share insights gained with Brillio’s applied AI community.
• Over 8 years of direct, hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in health insurance operations or clinical and operational workflows within health systems.
• Proficient in using Claude (Anthropic) as a development tool, including Claude API, prompt engineering, tool utilization, and agentic patterns.
• Capability to independently build and deploy end-to-end AI applications.
• Experience with LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to transition from a business discussion to a functioning AI prototype within days.
• Skill in explaining technical solutions, business value, costs, and next steps to healthcare executives.
• Experience in steering committees, executive briefings, and business rhythm meetings.
• Proficiency in structuring vague problems into well-defined AI opportunities, complete with clear inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
• Strong quantitative skills for ROI and impact assessment.
• Preferred familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, claims data structures, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and FDA digital health guidelines.
• Preferred background in forward-deployed, embedded, startup, health insurance technology, or health system engineering.
• Preferred experience with reusable AI platforms or accelerators.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, bias evaluation, audit logging, and enterprise responsible AI practices.
