AI & Automations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop software automations to assist BibliU teams in minimizing manual tasks and enhancing productivity.

• Integrate leading software solutions and AI workflows.

• Create tailored software applications.

• Collaborate with teams utilizing the automations to comprehend their context and needs.

• Utilize AI for planning, building, testing, and deploying software.

• Engage with users to gather requirements.

• Design intuitive and easily navigable user experiences.

• Evaluate work critically and identify areas for ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate across product and engineering domains.

• Adhere to technical standards regarding code review, security, deployment, code quality, and maintainability.

• Contribute to excellence in product craft and technical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Skilled in building full-stack software applications that are deployed in production.

• Proficient with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.

• Experience in utilizing AI to plan, build, test, and deploy software.

• Strong product thinking capabilities, including user engagement, problem framing, prioritization, and designing user-friendly experiences.

• A tendency to critically evaluate work and pursue continuous improvement.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Interest in the higher education sector (preferred).

• Passion for teaching others to leverage AI (preferred).

• Willingness to work across product and engineering functions instead of being confined to one area (preferred).
