AI Automation, Systems Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards (DAX, modeling, reporting)

• Create a consolidated daily business overview that incorporates data from Microsoft 365, Xero, ProjectManager, and Hubspot (CRM)

• Develop adaptable reporting frameworks for performance metrics, financials, and operational insights

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems

• Build API-based integrations across various business platforms

• Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation using available tools, including Microsoft Suite

• Create systems that produce daily intelligence on:

• - Energy markets and pricing

• - Regulatory and policy updates

• - Financial and macroeconomic indicators

• - Grants, funding, and industry activity

• Provide structured automated summaries to facilitate decision-making

• Assist executive workflows including action tracking, meeting preparation, and documentation automation

• Develop systems for effective business management accessible across desktop and mobile

• Provide project task management support via the online ProjectManager application

• Create short AI-generated images and videos for client proposals while adhering to company branding guidelines

• Optimize Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Copilot)

• Enhance document organization, workflow efficiency, and accessibility across devices

• Utilize LinkedIn as a platform for business intelligence and insights

• Extract and summarize industry activities, trends, and opportunities

• Support the posting of pre-prepared content as needed

• Provide remote IT and systems troubleshooting assistance

• Coordinate external technical support when necessary

• Aid in the development of lightweight internal tools and automation prototypes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data, business intelligence, automation, or systems integration roles

• Significant experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)

• Demonstrated experience in AI automation and workflow design

• Strong knowledge of leading AI technologies, including Chat GPT and CoPilot

• Proficiency in API integrations and multi-platform system connectivity

• Solid understanding of data reporting and business intelligence

• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)

• Familiarity with CRM and business systems (HubSpot, Xero)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently in a remote, founder-led environment

• **Preferred/Nice-to-Have:**

• Experience in building automated intelligence or monitoring systems (market, regulatory, or financial data)

• Background in the energy, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors

• Experience in workflow automation across multiple business systems

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, CSIP)

• Experience in early-stage or small business digital transformation settings

• Remote IT or systems administration experience
