• Develop and enhance AI-driven operational workflows and automations.

• Utilize tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI-enhanced development platforms to swiftly prototype and create solutions.

• Recognize inefficiencies within business operations and implement scalable enhancements.

• Integrate systems across CRM, fulfillment, marketing, customer support, and operational platforms.

• Create integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.

• Enhance operational visibility through centralized dashboards and reporting systems.

• Automate repetitive operational and reporting functions.

• Provide assistance with internal tools and lightweight application development.

• Develop workflows that facilitate customer service, fulfillment, payments, marketing, and operational reporting.

• Support an AI-first operational infrastructure throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify operational challenges and swiftly implement solutions.

• Convert high-level business concepts into functional technical systems.

• Proven experience in creating automations, integrations, or operational systems.

• Prior experience in ecommerce, DTC, or businesses with operational complexity is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and development workflows.

• Experience with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.

• Knowledge of Make.com, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.

• Understanding of operational systems and data workflows.

• Basic to intermediate coding skills preferred (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

• Familiarity with ecommerce and CRM platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
