AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement tailored AI chatbots, agents, and automated reporting solutions.

• Integrate AI models with essential business systems through APIs and automation frameworks to minimize manual labor.

• Create and manage a centralized knowledge base across various brands, consistently refining reference data.

• Generate professional presentations and spreadsheets from AI-generated outputs to assist leadership in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in AI automation or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated proficiency across multiple platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, API connectors, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).

• Expertise in prompt engineering techniques.

• Strong awareness of data privacy and security, enforcing strict access controls when managing sensitive information.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts in straightforward business language for senior leadership.
