AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze marketing processes, identify bottlenecks and time loss points, and propose solutions using AI.

• Develop a backlog of automation projects based on impact, complexity, and ROI.

• Create automation workflows and internal tools utilizing AI.

• Integrate services (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, CMS, payment systems, etc.) via API, webhooks, and no-code/low-code solutions.

• Optimize processes and accelerate the launch of marketing hypotheses.

• Document approaches, solutions, and compile a database of automation practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automation / martech / growth / digital marketing or related roles (or a strong marketing background transitioning into automation).

• Hands-on experience in building automation workflows (Make / n8n / Zapier or similar) and an understanding of how workflows look in real processes.

• Familiarity with how APIs, webhooks, and integrations work—capable of setting up data transfers between services and troubleshooting issues when they arise.

• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript and/or Python) for working with logic, data processing, or custom solutions.

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and an understanding of how to incorporate them into workflows, not just for generation.

• Systematic thinker: able to break down processes into stages and build stable automation logic.

• Proficient in working with data—understanding lead movement, statuses, events, and how to correctly transfer them between systems.

• Results-oriented: for you, automation is about saving time, reducing manual work, and impacting business metrics.

• Proactive: you don’t wait for tasks but instead identify automation opportunities and propose solutions.

• Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with Google Sheets / Apps Script or creating internal tools.

• Experience with BI / dashboards or analytics.

• Worked with CRM, email, or advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

• Experience building more complex automation or data flows.

• Quick to learn new tools and able to balance between “perfect” and “works now”.
