AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in streamlining processes to enhance productivity.

• Identify and assess potential automation opportunities.

• Analyze, design, and implement processes supported by AI technologies.

• Employ low-code platforms and integrate large language models (LLMs).

• Create practical training sessions and frameworks.

• Establish governance for the internal AI community.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in designing and executing automations.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes.

• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, system integrations, and applications based on LLMs.

• Capability to convert business challenges into technical solutions.

• Experience in developing internal training and enablement programs.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

• Basic knowledge of AI governance and data protection principles.

• Proficiency in German and English at a minimum B2 level.
