AI Automation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute intelligent solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform, specifically focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate, while integrating with OpenAI models to ensure governance, security, and scalability for the organization’s AI projects.

• Engage in architecture and development tasks.

• Create enterprise AI solutions that integrate Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and OpenAI model APIs.

• Establish technical and architectural standards for intelligent automation processes.

• Possess knowledge of Python and Databricks.

• Formulate and uphold governance policies for the responsible and ethical deployment of AI.

• Track adoption rates, impact, and compliance key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Advise teams on AI best practices and the efficient utilization of Copilot.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions aimed at advanced users.

• Discover opportunities for new use cases and automation implementations.

• Construct business cases to support AI investment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in:

• Microsoft Copilot Studio — 3+ years of experience.

• OpenAI models (latest versions, e.g., GPT-5) — 3+ years of experience.

• Prompt engineering — 3+ years of experience.

• Python programming — 5+ years of experience.

• Experience in enterprise solution architecture and integration with internal systems.

• Comprehension of AI security, privacy, and governance principles.

• Background in Power Automate automation — 3+ years of experience.
