AI Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Israel.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality animated videos utilizing AI-driven tools and workflows.

• Convert creative briefs, concepts, and storyboards into engaging cinematic sequences.

• Employ strong principles of direction, composition, camera language, editing, lighting, and color.

• Animate characters with a deep understanding of acting and performance in animation.

• Maintain a high level of character consistency throughout shots and sequences, which is a significant challenge in current AI-based workflows.

• Enhance and refine generated outputs through post-production processes, compositing, and video editing.

• Merge and polish various generated clips into cohesive, high-quality final videos.

• Utilize both text-based and node-based AI tools as part of the creative process.

• Collaborate closely with artists, creative leads, and cross-functional teams to achieve top visual standards.

• Continuously investigate and incorporate new AI tools and workflows into production.

• Assist in establishing best practices and workflows for AI animation production within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Animation, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Demonstrated professional experience in the animation industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of: — Direction and visual storytelling — Composition and cinematic framing — Camera techniques and shot design — Editing, pacing, and timing — Lighting and color — Acting and performance in animation — Style and character consistency.

• Strong artistic sensibility for characters, ensuring character consistency across AI-generated shots.

• Practical experience with AI video creation tools, encompassing both text-based and node-based workflows.

• Solid grasp of sound design and the ability to create soundtrack music using AI tools.

• High proficiency in After Effects and video editing processes.

• Capability to bring a shot to its final polish, including color correction, titles, transitions, and compositing multiple videos together.

• High visual standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, quickly experiment, and iterate toward high-quality outcomes.
