AI and Collateral Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of GHL-based outbound, intent, nurture, automation, and AI systems.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, merging technical execution with marketing insights.

• Create and manage workflows, automations, APIs, webhooks, and integrations across GoHighLevel, n8n, HubSpot, and various other platforms.

• Leverage AI agents to automate campaign setup, lead engagement, qualification, follow-up, appointment scheduling, and reporting.

• Design and refine cold outbound, email nurturing, SMS, funnel, pipeline, and conversational AI workflows.

• Craft campaign messaging, copy, CTAs, offers, segmentation, and conversion pathways.

• Develop, test, and enhance AI voice agents.

• Generate reusable MSP and IT-specific nurture sequences, outbound campaigns, funnels, templates, prompts, and collateral.

• Tailor, brand, and deploy campaign assets across multiple client accounts utilizing AI.

• Investigate MSP, IT, cybersecurity, and client markets to formulate relevant messaging and collateral.

• Evaluate campaign performance, lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to implement enhancements.

• Diagnose workflow, integration, automation, and campaign-related issues.

• Set up testing and quality assurance protocols.

• Uphold SOPs, workflow documentation, prompts, and technical guidelines.

• Offer internal training and engage in client support or strategy discussions as needed.

• Explore and adopt new AI, automation, RevOps, and conversational AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with GoHighLevel, encompassing CRM, workflows, funnels, pipelines, email, SMS, campaigns, and automations.

• Proficient in building automations and integrations with n8n.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, HubSpot, and interconnected CRM systems.

• Solid understanding of outbound email, email nurturing, lead generation, funnels, and conversion strategies.

• Strong marketing judgment across copywriting, offers, CTAs, audience targeting, and campaign strategy.

• Experience utilizing AI-native tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms.

• Background in developing AI agents or automated lead engagement and qualification systems.

• Capability to balance both technical and marketing aspects of a project.

• Competency to independently guide projects from concept to launch and optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• Experience with Retell, Vapi, GHL Voice AI, or other conversational AI platforms.

• Background in creating AI SDRs, voice agents, or automated appointment-setting systems.

• Knowledge of email deliverability, lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and pipeline automation.

• Experience overseeing scalable systems across multiple client accounts.

• Previous work experience in an agency, SaaS, RevOps, GTM, or marketing technology setting.

• Proficient in creating reusable campaign libraries, workflows, templates, and collateral.

• Experience collaborating with MSPs, IT service providers, cybersecurity companies, or technology clients is a significant advantage.

• Ability to independently research unfamiliar industries and translate insights into relevant campaigns.

• Proven interest in testing and developing with emerging AI and automation technologies.

• Fluent in written and spoken English for professional communication.

• Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, along with a time tracking system.
