AI Agent Implementations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI agents tailored for marketing applications in collaboration with diverse marketing teams.

• Create, configure, and sustain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and their integrations.

• Ensure optimal health and performance of the Marketo platform.

• Facilitate MarTech integrations that link Marketo with CRM, CMS, and external data platforms.

• Work alongside Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Keep comprehensive documentation and offer training and support for the adoption of AI agents, Marketo configurations, and integrations.

• Oversee, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges concerning AI agents and the Marketo platform.

• Deliver prompt assistance to marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems.

• 2–3 years of practical experience in Marketo administration and configuration.

• Strong command of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.

• Familiarity with API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and the MarTech ecosystem.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
