📋 Description

• Deeply understand the decision-making pain points of users within the trading chain, identifying high-value Agent scenarios and validating the actual ROI of AI on business growth.

• Design highly trustworthy Agent interactions, striking a balance between intelligent guidance, risk warnings, compliance boundaries, and user autonomy in decision-making.

• Define the product shape, core assumptions, MVP scope, and validation metrics.

• Collaborate with algorithms, engineering, risk control, and operations teams to launch the product and review its value with business data.

• Establish a trading-level Agent evaluation system for financial scenarios, focusing on intent recognition accuracy, tool usage, factual correctness, safety nets, and business conversion effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leading positions at major companies, top AI firms, or established AI product teams.

• Successfully spearheaded AI Agents, AI assistants, or AI-native products aimed at real users.

• Background in financial trading, investment, brokerage, market trends, or wealth management related products.

• Understanding of the true psychology and decision-making challenges faced by trading users.

• Possess a strong growth perspective, able to design AI products from the angles of user activation, retention, trading conversion, and trust building.

• Ability to independently dissect problems, validate directions, drive launches, and review product value with data in highly uncertain environments.

• Bonus: Experience in startups, early-stage teams, or 0 to 1 commercialization projects.
