AI Adoption Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, and maintain impactful AI agents that enhance workflows.

• Assist the super user network through design consultations, individualized coaching, and build evaluations.

• Support super users in designing improved agents, conducting thorough testing, and steering clear of common challenges.

• Collaborate with Strategic Initiatives leadership and related teams to ensure that agents are properly governed, safe, and aligned with WelbeHealth’s operations.

• Identify trends from builds and super user activities, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the scaling of AI initiatives.

• Cultivate cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the organization, including executives, to achieve common objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; relevant professional experience may be considered as a substitute.

• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, product management, strategy, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in building and deploying AI agents or similar technological tools.

• Proficient in workflow analysis.

• An iterative approach that prioritizes rapid experimentation and learning from results.

• Strong critical thinking skills to assess the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and identify any misleading or incorrect information.

• Capability to guide and assist colleagues in developing their own solutions.

• Comfort in a developing program environment and ability to navigate uncertainty within a small, evolving team.

• A keen interest in the individuals served by WelbeHealth and the operational realities of PACE.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a declination form is required prior to employment.
