AGV Technical Support Engineer, Mandarin, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist with the on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision.

• Provide both remote and on-site assistance to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.

• Support the delivery of training sessions for customers and partners regarding system operations and basic maintenance.

• Aid in monitoring fleet performance metrics and assist senior engineers in analyzing operational data.

• Collaborate closely with regional service teams and global R&D to address customer needs.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% across EU countries to support project deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of robotics, automation, or logistics systems (academic projects or internships are advantageous).

• Familiarity with concepts such as navigation, sensors, or basic networking is beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and collaborate in a team setting.

• Fluent in Italian and Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• An EU driver’s license is preferred.
