Agent Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in defining the Agent Success function and establishing its operational framework at Decagon.

• Cultivate significant and enduring partnerships with our clients, serving as their strategic advisor.

• Partner alongside your clients throughout their deployment journey, from the initial stages of project scoping to full adoption and realization of value.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills regarding our product features and functionality, as well as the broader AI industry context, to become an authority on best practices.

• Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.

• Identify and assist in new projects and initiatives to optimally support our team and clients.

• Collaborate with Agent Product & Engineering teams to pinpoint technical improvement opportunities and influence the product roadmap according to customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated experience managing large clients and leading highly visible projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork abilities.

• Solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) sales teams and processes.

• Strong technical insight and enthusiasm for the overall agent building process (coding ability is not required).
