Affiliate Success Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with Client Managers and Affiliates to successfully fulfill open roles.

• Act as the main contact for Affiliates, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

• Facilitate communication among external agencies, Client Managers, and internal teams through phone and email.

• Manage job postings and oversee the review and approval of initial submission packets.

• Supervise the candidate job cycling process through Pulse, ensuring prompt and precise updates.

• Handle Agency/Hospital Work Orders and resolve timesheet discrepancies among agencies, hospitals, and payroll.

• Assess affiliate performance and offer feedback to improve effectiveness.

• Collaborate with MSP Account Managers and Placement Specialists to align candidates with appropriate job opportunities.

• Utilize third-party software and technology to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Apply data analytics to uncover trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of outstanding customer service experience.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong skills in internet research.

• Self-driven with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

• Positive attitude, approachable personality, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills.
