Affiliate Manager – iGaming 行业

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek, contact, and recruit new Affiliate partners.

• Expand collaboration with various types of traffic partners, including SEO websites, casino review sites, media buying teams, KOLs/Influencers, Telegram communities, social media traffic providers, agency teams, and ad networks.

• Establish and maintain an Affiliate resource pool while continuously developing new collaboration opportunities.

• Negotiate business terms with partners, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, fixed fees, and exclusive collaborations.

• Regularly attend iGaming industry exhibitions, business events, and offline meetings to expand industry resources.

• Maintain existing Affiliate partner relationships to enhance collaboration depth and stability.

• Provide partners with promotional links, landing pages, materials, promotional activities, and marketing information.

• Assist Affiliates in optimizing promotional methods to improve registration, first deposit, retention, and recharge performance.

• Address daily inquiries from partners, including data, settlement, activities, materials, and promotional needs.

• Build long-term stable partnerships to increase Affiliate activity levels and contributions.

• Track and analyze Affiliate channel data, including clicks, registrations, first deposits, recharge amounts, NGR, retention, and ROI.

• Regularly assess the quality of Affiliate traffic, identifying high-value partners and low-quality traffic sources.

• Detect unusual traffic, fraudulent behavior, arbitrage activities, bonus abuse, and risks associated with low-quality users.

• Optimize collaboration terms, promotional activities, and resource allocation based on data performance.

• Produce weekly reports, monthly reports, and performance analyses for partners.

• Research competitor Affiliate Programs, commission policies, marketing activities, and collaboration models.

• Continuously seek new market opportunities, traffic channels, and collaboration methods.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions such as SiGMA, SBC, iGB Affiliate, ICE, G2E, or similar events.

• Engage in online and offline business communications with potential partners to facilitate collaboration.

• Assist the company in establishing an Affiliate network and industry influence in target markets.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, advertising, product, CRM, operations, payment, and compliance teams.

• Coordinate the launch of marketing activities, promotional plans, landing pages, materials, and tracking links.

• Ensure Affiliate promotional content aligns with company brand standards and compliance requirements.

• Provide timely feedback on Affiliate and market demands to drive internal optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of Affiliate management experience in the iGaming industry.

• Must possess experience in Affiliate recruitment, expansion, and management.

• Familiarity with online casinos, slot machines, live casinos, and sports betting products.

• Knowledge of Affiliate collaboration models such as CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and fixed fees.

• Capability to negotiate collaboration terms, assess traffic quality, and manage Affiliate performance.

• Preference will be given to candidates with existing resources in iGaming Affiliates, media buying, KOLs, traffic teams, or ad networks.

• Strong business communication, negotiation, relationship maintenance, and cross-department collaboration skills are essential.

• Ability to work remotely with strong self-management skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel for industry exhibitions, partner visits, and business meetings.

• Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of Chinese or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

• Experience in Southeast Asia, Latin America, or emerging markets is preferred.
