This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Acquiring projects and providing customers with advice on insulation options
• Proactively reaching out to new clients and guiding them from the initial conversation to closing the deal
• Generating new projects through cold acquisition
• Visiting clients at their homes and conducting inspections
• Advising on insulation solutions (cavity wall, roof, floor, glass)
• Preparing and following up on quotes
• Supporting clients throughout the process
• Assisting with subsidy applications
• Acting as the primary contact for the client
• Recording data in CRM systems
• Experience in sales (e.g., field sales, call center, or door-to-door sales)
• Commercial mindset and results-oriented
• Strong communication skills and persuasive
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Affinity for sustainability or technology (preferred)
• Proficient command of the Dutch language
• Valid driver's license B
• Willingness to work as a freelancer
• Flexible availability (including evenings if necessary)
