This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are tasked with the strategic and operational oversight of the entire Amazon marketing funnel, primarily focusing on the management, optimization, and scaling of Amazon DSP campaigns across both national and international markets.
• You will plan, design, and enhance programmatic campaigns via Amazon DSP, which includes audience development, frequency strategies, inventory selection, and creative testing — encompassing Prime Video and Fire TV campaigns.
• You will oversee all relevant operational processes for campaigns, from budget distribution and bid optimizations to the configuration and evaluation of retail media and programmatic placements, specifically including Prime Video and Fire TV placements.
• You will perform in-depth performance and attribution analyses, leveraging data from the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to extract precise insights throughout the customer journey.
• You will formulate data-driven recommendations for cross-channel media and funnel strategies, confidently presenting them to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will utilize tools like PACVUE to efficiently monitor, automate, and optimize campaigns.
• You will generate structured reports and dashboards, implement intricate data models in Excel (including PivotTables), and ensure the ongoing enhancement of DSP and AMC setups.
• You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a similar qualification.
• You have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising, with at least 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
• You have a strong understanding of the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including the ability to interpret query results and conduct your own analyses.
• You are skilled with tools such as PACVUE, AMC dashboards, DSP Bulk Sheets, or similar platforms.
• You demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a strong affinity for numbers, and experience handling complex campaign and data structures.
• You have experience in stakeholder management and in conveying insights and strategies to the appropriate audience.
• You work in a structured and autonomous manner, showing an interest in programmatic advertising, retail media, and data-driven marketing.
• You are fluent in both German and English for business communications.
