Advanced Practice Provider – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Perform 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up consultations remotely.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal laws.

• Incorporate brief psychotherapy when clinically relevant to assist clients in achieving their goals effectively and sustainably.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders for support, escalation, and ongoing education.

• Partner with therapists and other healthcare providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation environments.

• Employ data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance outcomes.

• Contribute to a diverse and growing community of clinicians dedicated to transforming mental health care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in New York (additional licensure is a bonus!).

• Willing to obtain additional state licenses to facilitate company growth, with Two Chairs covering all expenses and offering full administrative support for the cross-licensing process.

• Over 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• An active DEA license in New York.

• Proficient in providing remote telepsychiatry services.

• Committed to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Enthusiastic about joining a community of clinicians motivated by purpose and eager to help enhance our psychiatry program and services continually.

• Available to commence work in mid-August 2026.
