Advanced Practice Provider – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Headache Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding telehealth services to patients suffering from migraines and various headache disorders.

• Analyze comprehensive headache histories and diagnose based on ICHD-3 criteria.

• Develop and oversee individualized, integrative care plans that incorporate both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods.

• Assist patients in adopting lifestyle changes concerning sleep, nutrition, hydration, and physical activity.

• Conduct or arrange in-person procedures such as Botox injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

• Evaluate text-based headache diaries and offer real-time support to patients between appointments.

• Collaborate with an innovative, physician-led team focused on care advancement and clinical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid NP or PA license in California or Texas (mandatory).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in headache medicine is preferred.

• Proficient in essential headache procedures: Botox for chronic migraines, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

• Comfortable with or eager to enhance skills in providing telemedicine care.
