This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Create and deploy sophisticated cybersecurity solutions to safeguard our digital infrastructure and sensitive information.
• Offer a comprehensive technical understanding of security systems across various layers, including endpoint security, advanced malware defense, cloud, networking, and data protection.
• Collaborate with other Security teams to effectively and efficiently manage endpoint protections, working closely with the research team to investigate threat vectors and propose mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate and develop the security team by providing motivation and mentorship.
• Efficiently manage collaboration and communication among cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Oversee prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments.
• Respond to and assist with due diligence and both internal and external security audit requests.
• Support, implement, and promote standard configuration and change management processes and practices.
• Identify areas for further improvements and enhancements to security standards and procedures.
• Support enterprise endpoint security software (such as Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, etc.) managing over 100,000 assets across various platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to continuously enhance our security posture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Capability to lead both direct and indirect reports through influence.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Endpoint Security Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Incident Response and Cyber Defense operations.
• Proven track record in designing and governing endpoint solutions at a large enterprise scale (managing tens of thousands of devices globally).
• Excellent grasp of the current cybersecurity threat landscape.
• Solid operational knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android Operating Systems, as well as Intune and Jamf.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cybersecurity teams.
