Adoption Strategist – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and implement programs such as onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and adoption playbooks that encourage both corporate and mid-market customers to engage with their primary use case and explore new opportunities.

• Attain in-depth knowledge of the complete ElevenLabs platform, emphasizing ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.

• Conduct proactive audits of customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to pinpoint gaps, providing recommendations as a value-added service that enhances adoption.

• Monitor and influence key leading and lagging adoption metrics, collaborating with Revenue Operations to refine our reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with Account Management and CX to execute targeted adoption and enablement initiatives, including regional live workshops and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital customer success programs, enterprise growth, or a related role at an AI-driven or highly technical company with a substantial low-touch portfolio.

• Familiarity with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or products aimed at developers.

• Proven experience in establishing adoption-focused programs from scratch: including onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-service content, and more.

• You possess a systematic mindset yet exhibit creativity: constantly questioning "how can we scale or automate this," and integrating automation and workflows with AI tools into your working methods.

• Highly analytical: you easily recognize trends and leverage them to close gaps, reveal opportunities, or standardize best practices. Additionally, you can pinpoint data points that are not yet tracked but could provide new insights and influence strategy.

• Capable of driving cross-functional results without direct authority, effectively collaborating with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM teams to advance adoption.

• Experience in managing a high-volume business portfolio at scale, particularly in the mid-market or commercial segment.

• Language Requirements - Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
