Adoption Services Specialist – eDiscovery, Legal Data Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultative partner for customers, assisting them in the adoption and evolution of their Legal Data Intelligence workflows through RelativityOne’s AI-driven platform, focusing on measurable results.

• Lead strategic initiatives that align with customer objectives, aiding teams in translating capabilities into significant, real-world outcomes.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to engage in one-on-one time with key customers, providing onsite consultations regarding workflow strategies and tailored adoption workshops.

• Guide customers on how to utilize AI-enhanced features, cloud-native workflows, and extensibility options to foster efficiency, insight, and defensibility within established use cases.

• Facilitate discussions centered on use cases that assist customers in maturing their operating models and unlocking greater value from the platform over time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine learning journeys, ensuring that guidance remains relevant, practical, and future-oriented.

• Identify recurring challenges and emerging needs among customers, and provide feedback for improved adoption strategies, playbooks, and scalable enablement methods.

• Demonstrate best practices in utilizing AI-assisted tools—balancing efficiency with critical thinking, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer trust.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of customer-facing support experience in the Legal Data Intelligence or eDiscovery sectors, assisting legal, compliance, or investigative workflows.

• Background in the software technology industry, ideally within SaaS or cloud-based platforms.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty with curiosity and purpose—digging deeply into customer challenges, asking pertinent questions, and transforming vague problems into actionable, AI-enabled solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts and AI-assisted workflows to non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, demonstrating a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and processes.

• Proficiency in actively listening to customers, identifying pain points within their business processes, and providing effective solutions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with AI/ML solutions for Legal Data Intelligence is advantageous.

• Relativity Certified Administrator certification is a plus.

• Suggested skills include: Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Database Management, Data Mining, Data Visualization, Information Retrieval, Intelligence Research, Legal Research, Predictive Modeling, and Project Management.
