This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, which includes: Projects, tasks, templates, custom forms, fields, statuses, layouts, and approval workflows.
• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests: Monitor support queues, prioritize, and resolve tickets within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide first-line support to users: Troubleshoot issues and guide users on platform functionality and best practices.
• Maintain and manage user access, roles, teams, and permissions, ensuring governance and adherence to platform standards.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, including health checks and release readiness support.
• Document configurations, support processes, known issues, and their resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement minor enhancements and configuration updates, and escalate complex issues to senior admins or Adobe support when necessary.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration or support.
• Strong understanding of projects, tasks, portfolios, and programs.
• Familiarity with templates and custom forms.
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
