Admissions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for attracting qualified candidates for admission to the University.

• Oversee time management and resource inquiries to create interest in academic programs.

• Conduct a significant number of phone contacts with prospective students to arrange appointments.

• Organize interview processes and follow up with applicants.

• Collaborate with Student Support Services to guarantee student assistance and successful enrollment.

• Articulate educational programs, anticipated outcomes, student services, and financial aspects to students, parents, and educators.

• Obtain new inquiries and perform interviews to identify suitable candidates for enrollment.

• Regularly hold follow-up meetings with applicants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline with one year of successful admissions or sales experience, OR an associate's degree and three years of successful admissions or sales experience.

• Genuine passion for assisting others in achieving their life aspirations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with both faculty and student communities.

• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Goal-driven and highly ethical in approach.

• Proficient in MS Office, along with field-specific hardware and software systems for reporting functionalities.

• Capacity to engage effectively as either a leader or a collaborative team member across departments.

• Ability to attentively listen to customers (e.g., staff, etc.) and positively address their needs.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and multiple priorities.

• Competence in managing various tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
