This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Achieve excellent clinical outcomes for our members by following the Groups Recovery System and delivering consistent, high-quality counseling services.
• Carry out intake assessments to determine individuals’ suitability for our program.
• Complete assigned clinical evaluations on a daily basis.
• Provide individual support as necessary, including crisis intervention, referrals to additional resources, collaborating with external parties involved in the member’s treatment, and coordinating with the Care Navigators.
• Use our custom EMR to document members’ progress efficiently and meaningfully, ensuring a fully digital and non-bureaucratic approach while encouraging all clinicians in the office to do the same.
• Collaborate with providers to assess the appropriateness of treatment for each member entering our program.
• Oversee all compliance activities related to member admission requirements and the necessary documentation.
• Engage in both internal and external training required for maintaining licensure.
• Responsible for documenting care coordination needs managed by the Care Navigator.
• Act as a representative of the treatment team in discussions regarding challenging members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LSW, LCSW, and associate level status with a willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
• A minimum of two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High proficiency with technology, including EMR, email, software, and mobile applications (e.g., Google Apps).

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with individuals.
• Capable of making clinical decisions that are objective, demonstrate sound judgment, and reflect the Groups Recovery System and harm reduction philosophy.
• Dedicated to upholding a high ethical standard in all actions.
• A collaborative team player who prioritizes the team over individual interests.
• At least two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting.
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically with download speeds exceeding 40 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps, along with a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
