
Admissions Advisor β MasterClass Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a large volume of admissions calls, which includes scheduled consultations and proactive outreach to applicants and admitted candidates, addressing inquiries about the curriculum, live sessions, AI Labs, in-person intensive, time commitment, and cohort experience.
β’ Assist prospective enrollees in assessing the program's value by confidently and accurately discussing outcomes, program fees, and payment options, while positioning MasterClass Executive honestly against alternatives being considered by candidates (executive education, MBA programs, certificates, and cohort-based courses).
β’ Support admitted candidates from their decision to enrollment with timely follow-ups via phone and email throughout each enrollment window, identifying and eliminating obstacles before deadlines.
β’ Lead employer-sponsorship communications by responding to sponsorship inquiries, supplying candidates with materials to secure company support (such as manager emails, ROI summaries, and program overviews), and alerting our partnerships team about multi-enrollee company interest.
β’ Maintain an organized pipeline with detailed notes and consistent follow-through, achieving daily and weekly contact and response-time targets.
β’ Document questions, objections, and sponsorship themes encountered and share this information weekly with the admissions and marketing teams to enhance FAQs, call guides, and email content.
β’ Provide additional support during peak periods, including post-webinar follow-ups, enrollment-deadline outreach, and inbox assistance.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in admissions or enrollment advising, inside sales, account management, or a similar consultative role that involves phone communication; experience in executive education, higher education, edtech, or premium consumer service is advantageous.
β’ Truly enthusiastic about engaging over the phone: you prioritize listening, address objections without aggressive selling, and are comfortable having 20β30+ meaningful conversations daily.
β’ An excellent writer capable of managing a high-volume inbox, ensuring responses are concise, friendly, and do not resemble templates.
β’ Knowledgeable about AI: you keep up with the field, utilize the tools personally, and can discuss confidently with senior professionals about the impact of AI on their work (a technical background is not necessary).
β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at navigating uncertainty.
β’ Well-versed in the business-education landscape, including executive education, online MBAs, certificates, and cohort-based programs, and how buyers evaluate them.
β’ Highly organized and self-motivated: strong CRM practices, disciplined pipeline management, and comfortable being evaluated against specific goals.
β’ Flexible in a dynamic environment where call guides, offers, and priorities can change weekly.
β’ Available across U.S. time zones, including some early-evening hours when candidates are most accessible.
