This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting families in making informed choices regarding their child's education.
• Conduct high-quality consultation calls, attentively listening to the needs of prospective students and providing customized recommendations.
• Follow up with potential families through phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, and live chat to cultivate relationships and enhance conversion rates.
• Address objections and concerns to ensure families feel assured in their decision to enroll.
• Keep precise records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring every lead is properly tracked and followed up.
• Maintain regular communication with leads until they reach a final decision, offering support and addressing any concerns.
• Effectively manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that high-potential families receive timely follow-ups to avoid missing any opportunities.
• Meet and surpass personal and team targets for enrollments and conversion rates, actively contributing to the growth of the school.
• Provide expert advice on our curriculum and clearly convey the available timetable options to prospective families.
• Offer guidance on transitions between year groups, including significant points of change.
• Understand and explain the differences between online education and traditional schooling, including flexibility, personalized learning, and teacher support.
• Provide accurate information regarding our extracurricular activities, clubs, and opportunities for student engagement.
• Explain our SEN support options, including how we accommodate students with diverse learning needs, available learning support, and considerations for accessibility.
• Articulate that the UK Curriculum is accessible across various time zones and advise families on the subjects available and the requirements needed.
• Meet QA Standards and continuously enhance skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all communications are accurate, professional, informative, and aligned with our school values.
• Experience in a sales, admissions, or customer service role, preferably within the education, recruitment, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, showcasing confidence in addressing concerns and closing sales.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking, managing multiple leads at different stages of the admissions process.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK education system, including KS 2-5, A levels, and IB is desirable.
• Understanding of SEN provisions and how to accommodate different learning needs in an online school setting – training will be provided.
• Awareness of key student transition points, such as moving from primary to secondary school and subject options at A level.
• Knowledge of extracurricular activities and student engagement opportunities, and how these contribute to a well-rounded education.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, email, and online communication tools.
• A team player who is willing to collaborate and share knowledge to enhance overall team performance.
