This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Ensure the efficient administrative and quality operations of the CFA / training organization.
• Oversee regulatory requirements and manage administrative workflows effectively.
• Develop and oversee quality processes (Qualiopi).
• Organize and secure examination procedures.
• Continuously enhance processes and refine tools.
• Supervise an administrative team member (apprentice/junior).
• Background in a training organization or a regulated setting.
• Strong grasp of administrative and quality-related matters.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Standard working conditions: 5 days a week, weekends off.
• Primarily remote, with occasional travel for exams and seminars.
