This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver frontline assistance by managing client inquiries, updating account details, and confirming identities.
• Engage with clients to provide updates on their tax return status, necessary documentation, and service notifications.
• Oversee email and voicemail queues, ensuring appropriate task reallocation and timely follow-up.
• Conduct manual identity verification and uphold compliance with document handling protocols.
• Process non-lodgement advice (NLA) via OSFA and monitor tax refund statuses.
• Collaborate with the ATO for inquiries and aid in managing client ITA debts and ABNs.
• Assist the accounting team by applying discounts, converting tax returns, and keeping accurate records of daily operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Experience in administrative and client-facing roles.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
